Alzheimer Society BHNHH and H.A.C.
The Health Activity Community program is with the Alzheimer Society. We provide social programming along with vision,ABI, and dementia outreach in Haldimand. The Alzheimer society as a whole supports seniors fitness and specialized supports for people living with dementia and their caregivers. We as a society try to act as a facilitator to other community services including hosting the Haldimand trans peer support group in Hagersville and hope to continue those efforts by enhancing our outreach to the 2SLGBTQI+ community. On the day we will have a both with information about our services and partnerships.

Fanshawe College Simcoe offers academic programming, skills upgrading, Grade 12 equivalency programs as well as general interest courses. We are also funded to offer Employment Ontario services at the Simcoe Employment Centre.
